# Instalando o TeamViewer

O TeamViewer é uma ferramenta auxiliar que utilizamos para realizar acessos remotos em outros dispositivos para que possamos fazer as configurações e ajudar em possíveis futuros problemas.

Siga o passo a passo a baixo de como instalar de uma forma simples e rápida o TeamViewer:

## Computador

### Passo 1

Acesse o link: [www.teamviewer.com/pt-br/info/quicksupport/](https://www.teamviewer.com/pt-br/info/quicksupport/)

### Passo 2

Clique em "Baixar QuickSupport".

### Passo 3

Aguarde terminar o download e clique no arquivo para abrir.

### Passo 4

Envie o ID e a senha para o gestor responsável pelo acesso remoto.

Com isso o gestor terá acesso para que consiga realizar os procedimentos.

## Celular (Android)

### Passo 1

Acesse o link: [play.google.com/store/search?q=team+viewer+quick+support\&c=apps](https://play.google.com/store/search?q=team+viewer+quick+support\&c=apps)

### Passo 2

Clique em "Instalar".

### Passo 3

Após o término da instalação. Clique em "Abrir".

### Passo 4

Clique em "Concordar e Continuar".

### Passo 5

Arraste a tela da direita para a esquerda até aparecer o botão "Concluído" e clique.

### Passo 6

Clique em "Configurações"

### Passo 7

Clique na opção de "Permitir sobreposição a outros apps".

A opção será habilitada e após isso basta apenas voltar para o aplicativo do TeamViewer instalado anteriormente.

### Passo 8

Clique em "Download".

### Passo 9

Após ter clicado em "Download" no passo anterior, você vai ser direcionado para instalar um aplicativo auxiliar. Basta clicar em "Instalar".

Após o término da instalação, volte para o aplicativo do TeamViewer que foi instalado anteriormente.

### Passo 10

Aguarde o TeamViewer ativar e envie o sua ID para o gestor responsável pelo acesso remoto.

### Passo 11

Aguarde o gestor solicitar o acesso e quando for solicitado clique em "Permitir".

### Passo 12

Clique em "Ativar".

Clique na opção: "TeamViewer Universal Add-On".

### Passo 14

Clique na opção de "Usar serviço". Para que fique habilitada.

### Passo 15

Clique em "OK".

A opção será habilitada e após isso basta apenas voltar para o aplicativo do TeamViewer instalado anteriormente.

### Passo 16

Cliquem em "Permitir" novamente.

### Passo 17

Clique em "Iniciar Agora".

Com isso o gestor terá acesso para que consiga realizar os procedimentos.
