# Instalando o Rustdesk

O Rustdesk é uma ferramenta auxiliar que utilizamos para realizar acessos remotos em outros dispositivos para que possamos fazer as configurações e ajudar em possíveis futuros problemas.

Siga o passo a passo a baixo de como instalar de uma forma simples e rápida o Rustdesk:

## Computador

### Passo 1

Acesse o link: [rustdesk.com](https://rustdesk.com/)

### Passo 2

Baixe o Rustdesk de acordo com o seus sistema operacional e a sua versão. (Geralmente o site irá identificar automaticamente e te auxiliar para baixar o arquivo correto).

De preferência, baixa a opção "Portable".

### Passo 3

Aguarde terminar o download e clique no arquivo para abrir.

### Passo 4

Clique duas vezes no executável do Rustdesk.

### Passo 5

Envie o ID para o gestor responsável pelo acesso remoto.

### Passo 6

Assim que o gestor solicitar o acesso, basta somente clicar em "Aceitar".

Com isso o gestor terá acesso para que consiga realizar os procedimentos.

## Celular (Android)

### Passo 1

### Passo 2

Clique em "Instalar".

### Passo 3

Após o término da instalação. Clique em "Abrir".

Clique em "Compartilhar".

Clique em "Iniciar Serviço".

Clique em "OK".

### Passo 7

Clique na caixinha de "Não mostrar novamente" para preenche-la e depois clique em "Iniciar Agora".

### Passo 8

Clique em "Abrir" na opção "Controle de Entrada".

### Passo 9

Clique em "Abrir Configurações do Sistema". Com isso você será direcionado para uma outra página.

### Passo 10

Você será direcionado para esta página onde deverá clicar em "RustDesk Input".

### Passo 11

Clique na opção de "Usar serviço". Para que fique habilitada.

### Passo 12

Clique em "OK".

A opção será habilitada e após isso basta apenas voltar para o aplicativo do Rustdesk instalado anteriormente.

### Passo 13

Envie o ID e a senha para o gestor responsável pelo acesso remoto.

### Passo 14

Caso você opte por não enviar a senha. Assim que o gestor solicitar o acesso, basta somente clicar em "Aceitar".

Com isso o gestor terá acesso para que consiga realizar os procedimentos.
